Ingredients

Cucumber 100 g (around 1 cucumber)
Fresh Wakame seaweed 50 g
Octopus (boiled) 50 g
Ponzu Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Slice cucumbers into thin rings, and cut the octopus and fresh Wakame seaweed into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dress the cucumbers, octopus and fresh Wakame seaweed from step 1 with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
