Ingredients

Dried Somen noodles 100 g (around 2 batches)
Onion 50 g (around 1/4 of an onion)
Eggs 2
Soup Soy Sauce 120 ml
Water 600 ml
Green onion as desired

Preparation

  1. Boil the Somen noodles, cut onions into thin slices, and cut Welsh onion into thin rounds.
  2. Place water and the onion from step 1 in a pot and cook. Add Soup Soy Sauce and bring to a boil, then add mixed eggs.
  3. Place the Somen noodles from step 1 in a bowl. Ladle the soup from step 2 over the noodles and sprinkle the green onions on top.
