Ingredients

Boneless chicken thigh 200 g (around 1 thigh)
(A) Teriyaki Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
(A) Egg 1/2 an egg
(A) Katakuriko (potato starch) 4 Tbsp
Frying oil as appropriate

Preparation

  1. Mix A together (Teriyaki Soy Sauce, egg and Katakuriko).
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place the chicken from step 2 into the A mixture from step 1. Marinate for around 10 minutes. Deep fry at medium temperature.
