Ingredients

Tororo Kombu (shaved kelp) 10 g
Green onion as desired
(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp
(A) Water 300 ml

Preparation

  1. Cut Welsh onion into thin slices.
  2. Heat A (Dashi Soy Sauce and water) in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Put the Tororo Kombu in a bowl, pour in the heated soup from step 2, garnish with the sliced green onion.
