(A) Dashi Soy Sauce |

Preparation
- Cut Welsh onion into thin slices.
- Heat A (Dashi Soy Sauce and water) in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Put the Tororo Kombu in a bowl, pour in the heated soup from step 2, garnish with the sliced green onion.
