Ingredients

Mature yellowtail 200 g (around 2 fillet slices)
(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp
(A) Sugar 1 Tsp
Vegetable oil as appropriate

Preparation

  1. Wipe any moisture from the mature yellowtail and marinate in A (Dashi Soy Sauce and sugar) for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry from the skin side.
  3. Pan-fry both sides of the fillet. When cooked through, pour the A soaking sauce over the fish and coat.
