Ingredients

Beef (steak cut) 150 g
Fresh garlic 2.5 g (around 1/2 clove)
Bean sprouts 50 g (around 1/4 of a packet)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
(A) Butter 1 Tbsp
(A) Teriyaki Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Vegetable oil as appropriate

Preparation

  1. Cut garlic clove into thin slices.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a frying pan. When aroma rises, remove the garlic.
  4. Add the meat to the frying pan and pan-fry. Plate.
  5. Add A (butter and Teriyaki Soy Sauce) to the frying pan from step 4. Allow the butter to melt and reduce the sauce slightly. Pour over the steak and garnish with the sautéed garlic from step 3.
  6. Place the bean sprouts into the frying pan from step 5 and sauté. Add next to the steak
