Ingredients

Fresh tomato 100 g (around 1/2 a tomato)
Eggplant 40 g (around 1/2 an eggplant)
(A) Eggs 3
(A) Canned tuna 40 g (around 1/2 small can)
(A) Milk 2 Tbsp
(A) Dashi Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Butter as desired

Preparation

  1. Dice tomato. Cut eggplant into 1 cm thick rings and soak in water. Dry off before use.
  2. Mix A (eggs, tuna, milk and Dashi Soy Sauce) together in a bowl.
  3. Butter an ovenproof dish, place the diced tomatoes and cut eggplant from step 1 inside dish and microwave for around 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the A mixture into the dish. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for around 20 minutes.
